Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of percutaneous pedicle screw fixation combined with manual reduction on patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture.Methods:94 patients with thoracolumbar spinal fractures who admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with percutaneous pedicle screw fixation, while the observation group was treated with surgical reduction.Imaging parameters, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After surgery, the height of damaged vertebrae in 2 groups was higher than that in control group, and the Cobb Angle was lower than that in control group, with statistically significant difference(t=2.568,10.045;P<0.05).After surgery, the scores of GQOLI-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.411,12.502,11.813,9.675;P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.029,P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation combined with manual reduction can improve the function of thoracolumbar spine and improve the quality of life in patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture, with few complications and certain application value.
