Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of coronary angiography combined with cardiac MR in evaluating myocardial activity before and after interventional treatment for acute myocardial infarction.Methods:99 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent interventional treatment in Queshan County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected.Coronary angiography and cardiac MR evaluation were performed, and PET was used as the gold standard for diagnosing myocardial activity. The patients were divided into viable myocardial group(n=51)and non viable myocardial group(n=48).The results of coronary angiography and cardiac MR evaluation were compared between the two groups. The value of coronary angiography combined with cardiac MR evaluation of myocardial activity before and after interventional treatment for acute myocardial infarction was analyzed. Results:PET imaging results confirmed that among the 99 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent interventional treatment,51 had surviving myocardium and 48 had non surviving myocardium. The number of coronary artery lesions in the non surviving myocardium group was higher than that in the surviving myocardium group, the first pass perfusion time was longer than that in the surviving myocardium group, and the delayed enhancement signal was stronger than that in the surviving myocardium group(t=9.564,5.614,8.055;P<0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the number of coronary artery lesions, first pass perfusion time and delayed enhancement signal were related to myocardial activity(OR=16.082,1 241.153,1.375;P<0.05).Coronary artery lesion number, first pass perfusion time, delayed enhancement signal and combination in evaluating myocardial activity in patients with acute myocardial infarction were 0.848,0.726,0.892 and 0.918,respectively,all of which had certain predictive value. Conclusion:Coronary angiography combined with cardiac MR evaluation has important clinical application prospects in the study of myocardial activity before and after interventional therapy for acute myocardial infarction. The number of coronary artery lesions, first pass perfusion time, and delayed enhancement signal are significantly correlated with myocardial activity.
