Abstract:Objective:To explore the intervention effect of evidence-based concept-oriented early warning nursing for patients with laryngeal cancer after intravenous catheterization chemotherapy.Methods:128 patients with postoperative intravenous catheterization chemotherapy for laryngeal cancer in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Head and Neck Surgery of Deyang People's Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected. They were divided into the observation group(n=64)and the control group(n=64)with randomized numerical table method. The control group implemented routine care, and the observation group was given early warning care oriented by evidence-based concepts on the basis of the control group.Nutritional indicators[plasma albumin(ALB),total protein(TP)],quality of life in cancer patients(QLICP)scores, the incidence of nursing adverse events during nursing care, and patient satisfaction with nursing care after nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results:After care,ALB and TP levels were higher in both groups than before care(t=2.575,2.864;P<0.05).The scores of QLICP scale related dimensions were higher in both groups than before nursing, and the above indicators were higher in the observation group than in the control group(t=3.814,3.436,2.915,3.417;P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(x2=4.506,P<0.05).After care, the satisfaction of care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(x2=4.833,P<0.05).Conclusion:Early warning nursing based on evidence-based concept can improve the nutritional status of patients with laryngeal cancer after intravenous catheterization chemotherapy, and improve the quality of life. And the incidence of adverse reactions during nursing is low.The nursing model can improve their nursing satisfaction.
