Abstract:Objective:To explore clinical detection significance of urine microalbumine to creatinine ratio(MALB/UCREA),serum β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)in patients with early kidney injury of diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 108 patients with DM in the hospital from January 2022 to December 2023.According to the diagnostic criteria of early diabetic kidney disease(DKD),108 patients were divided into early DKD group(60 cases)and simple DM group(48 cases). The differences in MALB/UCREA,serum β2-MG and HbA1c between the two groups were compared. The diagnostic value of the above indexes and combined detection for early DKD was determined by ROC curves analysis and area under ROC curve(AUC).Results:The levels of MALB/UCREA,β2-MG and HbA1c in early DKD group were higher than those in simple DM group(t=92.851,5.848,6.664;P<0.05).AUC values of MALB/UCREA,β2-MG,HbA1c and combined detection in the diagnosis of early DKD were 1.000,0.796 and 0.823,showing certain diagnostic value(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined detection were higher than those of single index.Conclusion:MALB/UCREA,β2-MG and HbA1c are abnormally increased in patients with early DKD,which all have high sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of DKD.The diagnostic efficiency of combined detection is higher, which can provide basis for early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
