Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of using microecological immunonutrients(MIN)combined with blood purification therapy in the treatment of sepsis.Methods:66 patients with sepsis in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group, with 33 patients in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the two groups received different treatments and the therapeutic effects were observed. Results:After treatment,SOFA and APACHE Ⅱ scores were significantly lower in the observation group.C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels were significantly lower in the observation group, and IgG,IgM and IgA levels were significantly higher in the observation group. The differences were statistically significant(t=7.995 2,8.114 1,6.602 1,15.530 2,2.034 1,7.269 1,9.192 4;P<0.05).After 7 and 14 days of treatment, the number of bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in observation group was significantly higher, while the number of staphylococcus was significantly lower, with statistically significant difference(t=21.468 2,18.709 2,2.961 2,5.599 1,9.229 1,6.645 2;P<0.05).After treatment, the curative effect of the observation group was better, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.542 9,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of MIN and blood purification in the treatment of sepsis can effectively improve inflammatory indicators, enhance patient immune function, improve patient gut microbiota, and have good therapeutic effect.
