Abstract:Objective:To explore the role of tumor markers and 4 coagulation indexes in the diagnosis and staging of hepatitis B related liver cancer.Methods:62 patients with hepatitis B-related liver cancer admitted to the hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 62 healthy subjects from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the control group.Tumor markers and blood clotting were tested in both groups.Relevant indicators were analyzed. Results:Prothrombin time(PT),Activeated partial thromboplasting time(APTT)and Thrombin time(TT)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=13.287,16.050,15.485,26.340;P<0.001).Fibrinogen(FIB)was lower than that of control group. In different BCLC stages in the observation group, the levels of PT,TT and APTT in stage A were lower than those in stage B and C~D,and the levels of FIB were higher than those in stage B and C~D,and the levels of PT,TT and APTT in stage C~D were the highest, and the levels of FIB were the lowest(t=26.599,15.971,58.225,45.474;P<0.001).The levels of Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and Fucosidase(AFU)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=39.825,68.587,34.590;P<0.001).In different BCLC stages in the observation group, the levels of AFP,AFU and VEGF in stage A were lower than those in stage B and C~D,and the levels of tumor markers in stage C-D were the highest(F=75.412,158.898,75.412;P<0.001).Conclusion:Tumor markers and coagulation can all be used in the diagnosis and staging of hepatitis B-related liver cancer. The combination of the two can improve the diagnostic efficiency, early and accurate diagnosis of the disease;and facilitate timely treatment.
