Abstract：Cytology is a traditional method of body fluid analysis,which can obtain more information about cells by smearing shed cells and observing their morphology and structure under a microscope.It plays an extremely important role in diagnosis,especially in malignant tumors.Flow analysis is a fast and accurate technique to detect and separate cells or other biological particles in the state of high speed flow.It can conduct multi-parameter quantitative analysis of biological particles one by one.More and more diseases are being diagnosed using this technology.Therefore,to fully understand the working principle of cytology and flow cytometry and its application in the comprehensive identification of humoral properties is very important for the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
