Clinical Efficacy and Safety Study of"Zebra"Disposable Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy for the Treatment of Kidney Stones
Gu Quanlin
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of"Zebra"disposable ureteral flexible holmium laser lithotripsy for patients with kidney stones.Methods:136 patients with kidney stones admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were divided into 2 groups by random number table method. The control group(n=68)underwent conventional ureteral soft lens holmium laser lithotripsy, and the observation group(n=68)underwent"Zebra"one-time ureteral soft lens holmium laser lithotripsy. The operative indexes, renal function, stress response, stone removal rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The renal function and stress response indexes of the two groups were higher than those of the same group before surgery, and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.654,4.540,9.802,6.590,6.365,4.166,21.843,23.816,8.931,8.709,8.977,8.123;P<0.05).Conclusion:"Zebra"disposable ureteral soft lens holmium laser lithotripsy is effective, and it can achieve the same effect as repeatable ureteral holmium laser lithotripsy.
