Effect of Ergometrine Combined with Carboprost Tromethamine on Coagulation Function,Serum SOD and MDA Levels After Cesarean Section in Patients with Placenta Previa

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of ergometrine combined with carboprost tromethamine on coagulation function,serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels in postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section with placenta previa.Methods:68 postpartum hemorrhage patients with placenta previa who underwent cesarean section in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with ergometrine combined with carboprost tromethamine.The control group received routine nursing based on this,while the observation group received perinatal nursing intervention.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in both groups was counted,and the coagulation function,hemodynamic characteristics and serum SOD,MDA,GSH-px levels were observed before and after the intervention.Results:The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was 5.88%,which was lower than 26.47%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.250,P＜0.05).After intervention,FIB and D-D levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.709,13.117;P＜0.05).After intervention,whole blood viscosity was lower,whole blood viscosity was higher and hematocrit level was lower in observation group than in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.115,9.151,7.353;P＜0.05).After intervention,SOD and GSH-px levels in observation group were higher than those in control group,and MDA levels were lower than those in control group,with statistically significant difference(t=7.376,7.988,6.983;P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of ergometrine combined with carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section with placenta previa can improve the therapeutic effect,and promote the hemodynamic recovery
