Abstract:Objective:To observe the correlation between sleep quality and pregnancy outcomes in GDM patients. Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data from 123 patients with GDM from June 2020 and February 2023 was conducted, and they were divided into abnormal group(n=53)and normal group(n=70).The risk factors that can lead to poor sleep quality in GDM were summarized, and the correlation between sleep quality and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was analyzed.Results:Age≥30 years old, divorce or widowhood,CSI-4≤10 points,RFCP≤100 points, family monthly income≤6 000 yuan,SAS score≥30 points,SDS≥30 points,IES≥50 points,PES≥20 points and CD-RISC≤30 points were risk factors for poor sleep quality in GDM patients(OR=5.325,5.244,5.299,6.325,6.314,5.336,5.281,5.339,5.772,6.033,P<0.05).The PSQI score,AIS score, and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the abnormal group were higher than those in the normal group(t=3.549,4.480,χ2=7.516;P<0.05).The PSQI and AIS scores of GDM patients were positively correlated with the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes(r=0.254,0.253).Conclusion:Poor sleep quality can induce various adverse pregnancy outcomes, and active psychological intervention and daily life management should be implemented during the perinatal period of GDM in response to the aforementioned risk factors.
