Abstract:Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum occludin levels, and the severity and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from November 2021 to June 2023.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between patient Occludin and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score. The relationship between Occludin levels and bleeding volume in patients was analyzed with Pearson correlation analysis.Rankin Scale(mRS)was used to evaluate the prognosis of patients and analyze the correlation between Occludin levels and prognosis. Results:The levels of serum closure protein,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in severe group were higher than those in mild and moderate groups, and the differences were statistically significant(F=26.15,26.81,57.49,44.37;P<0.05).Erythrocyte volume, plasma viscosity and whole blood high tangential viscosity in severe group were higher than those in mild and moderate groups, and the differences were statistically significant(F=21.75,57.39,30.56;P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was significant positive correlation between serum closure protein level and NIHSS score in patients with acute cerebral infarction(r=0.768,P<0.05).The serum closure protein level in the bleeding transformation group was(2.89±0.84)ng/mL,which was higher than that in the non-bleeding group(5.09±1.39)ng/mL,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.57,P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was significant positive correlation between serum closure protein level and blood loss in patients with acute cerebral infarction hemorrhage transformation(r=0.707,P<0.05).The level of serum closure protein in the good prognosis group was(2.69±0.75)ng/mL,which was lower than that in the poor prognosis group(4.25±1.02)ng/mL,with statisticaly significant difference(t=7.77,P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was significant positive correlation between the serum closure protein level and Mrs Score in patients with acute cerebral infarction(r=0.732,P<0.05).Conclusion:The severity of the condition and the amount of bleeding in patients with acute cerebral infarction are positively correlated with the level of Occludin. The higher the level of Occludin is,the worse the prognosis of the patients is.Monitoring serun closure protein levels continbutes of more accurate evaluation of patients'disease and reduce the risk of adverse prognosis..
