Abstract:Objective:To explore the influencing factors of event impact degree in emergency patients with traumatic fracture. Methods:A total of 120 patients with emergency traumatic fracture admitted to the hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected to evaluate the degree of event impact of all patients[Event Impact Scale(IES-C)],and the baseline data questionnaire was designed to analyze the baseline data of all patients in detail, and the IES-C score of patients with emergency traumatic fracture with different data characteristics was compared. The influencing factors of the impact degree of emergency traumatic fracture were analyzed. Results:The IES-C score of 120 patients with emergency traumatic fracture was(32.50±4.89).There were statistically significant differences in IES-C scores among patients with traumatic fractures in emergency departments with different gender, social support, psychological resilience and educational level(t=7.374,29.201,5.222,67.707,P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of emergency traumatic fracture were female, low social support, low mental resilience and low educational level(t=-9.322,-4.635,-9.317,-3.084,P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of event impact in emergency traumatic fracture patients is higher, which may be related to gender, social support, psychological resilience and cultural level.
