Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Toripalimab Combined with Improved DCF Regimen in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the combination of toripalimab and modified DCF regimen(docetaxel+tigio+oxaliplatin)in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 88 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to Nanyang First People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022.They were randomly divided into two groups using a double blind method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with improved DCF regimen chemotherapy,while the study group was treated with toripalimab on this basis.The clinical efficacy,survival and toxic and side effects of the two groups were analyzed.The levels of serum tumor markers[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The ORR and DCR of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.793,6.175;P＜0.05).After treatment,serum CEA,CA199 and CA242 levels in 2 groups were significantly decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=7.763,8.545,3.887;P＜0.05).Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that PFS and OS in the study group were significantly longer than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Log-rank x2=4.648,4.941;P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the simple modified DCF regimen chemotherapy,the combination of toripalimab and modified DCF regimen is more effective in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Il can significantly improve the level of tumor markers in patients,prolong their survival time,and do not exacerbate toxic side effects.
