Effect Analysis of Nursing Intervention with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Ion Introduction in Children with Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection and Myocardial Injury

Abstract：Objective:To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint iontophoresis nursing on acute upper respiratory tract infection and myocardial injury in children.Methods:30 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection and myocardial injury admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots.The control group received routine treatment.Observation group implemented traditional Chinese medicine acupoint iontophoresis nursing.The relevant indicators between the two groups were compared.Results:Family satisfaction in observation group(100％)was higher than that in control group(60％),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.500,P＜0.05).After intervention,the myocardial enzyme spectrum indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.339,4.518;P＜0.05).Myocardial injury indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.472,11.114,10.699;P＜0.05).The SF-36 score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.997,44.002,4.482,4.205;P＜0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint iontophoresis nursing significantly improves the patient's traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,adjusts the related indicators of myocardial enzyme spectrum,and promotes further improvement of family satisfaction and patient quality of life.
