Expression and Clinical Significance of Serum RBP4 and IL-6 in Heart Failure Patients with Different Ejection Fraction

Abstract：Objective:To compare the expression and clinical significance of retinol RBP4 and IL-6 in heart failure patients with different ejection fraction.Methods:A total of 150 patients with heart failure were selected,there were 50 cases in HFrEF group,HFmrEF group and HFpEF group.50 patients with normal cardiac function and other cardiovascular diseases were selected as control group.The general clinical data and laboratory tests of the selected patients were collected.The serum levels of RBP4 and IL-6 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of RBP4 and IL-6 in patients with heart failure were significantly increased(H=62.87,59.77;P＜0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that coronary heart disease,diabetes mellitus,atrial fibrillation,RBP4,IL-6,urea nitrogen,fasting blood glucose and Cystatin-C were the risk factors of heart failure.Multivariate regression analysis showed that RBP4 and IL-6 were risk factors for heart failure patients with different ejection fractions.ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity and specificity of RBP4 in the diagnosis of heart failure were 0.613 and 0.957.Conclusion:Serum RBP4 and IL-6 are risk factors for patients with heart failure,and RBP4 has a certain reference value for the clinical diagnosis of patients with heart failure.
