Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of personalized enteral nutritional support in early post-gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:100 patients from Bozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Anhui Province undergoing surgery from December 2021 to November 2022,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. The experimental group received personalized enteral nutrition alongside standard care for seven days, and the control group received standard care.Laboratory indicators were measured 7 days after surgery.Gastrointestinal function recovery of the two groups was compared. Results:Serum prealbumin and transferrin in test groups were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.021,3.155;P<0.05).The time of postoperative anal exhaust in experimental group was earlier than that in control group, the length of hospitalization was shorter, and the hospitalization cost was less, with statistically significant significance(t=-6.674,-2.946,-2.530;P<0.05).On the 7th day after surgery, peripheral blood CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+indexes in 2 groups were significantly higher than those in control group, with statistically significant difference(t=4.079,3.010,2.509;P<0.05).Conclusion:Early post-gastrointestinal surgery personalized enteral nutrition is safe and effective, facilitating quicker gastrointestinal recovery, and improving nutritional and immune status.
