Abstract:Objective:To explore the results of active monitoring of adverse reactions related to anti-tumor targeted drugs. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 66 cases of adverse reactions to anti-tumor drugs admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to December 2023.General patient information, types of anti-tumor drugs, administration routes, and organs affected by adverse reactions were collected, and the results were analyzed. Results:The highest proportion of adverse reactions to anti-tumor targeted drugs occurred between the ages of 50 and 70,accounting for 51.52%.The lowest proportion of adverse reactions to anti-tumor targeted drugs occurred under the age of 30,accounting for 4.55%.The probability of adverse reactions of anti-tumor targeted drugs in men between 30 and 70 years old was lower than that in women.Among drug types, epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors(EGFR-TKI)had the highest proportion of anti-tumor targeted drug adverse reactions(66.67%),while anti-vascular drugs had the lowest proportion of anti-tumor targeted drug adverse reactions(6.06%).Among drug types,EGFR-TKI showed the highest proportion of anti-tumor targeted drug adverse reactions(31.82%).Adverse reactions caused by anti-tumor targeted drugs can affect multiple organs and tissues, with gastrointestinal reactions being the most common, accounting for 33.33%of patients, followed by skin, liver and kidney, oral and nasal mucosa, and lungs, accounting for 31.82%,15.15%,12.12%,and 7.58%,respectively.Conclusion:For patients who experience adverse reactions to clinical anti-tumor drugs,it is necessary to pay attention to the use of EGFR-TKI for treatment, prepare a prognosis plan in advance, ensure the efficacy while also ensuring medication safety.
