Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the immune checkpoint inhibitors camrelizumab in combination with the recombinant human endostatin endostar in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and to explore the therapeutic approach of advanced NSCLC without chemotherapy.Methods:30 patients with advanced NSCLC admitted to Medical Oncology Department,Mudanjiang Tumor Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected.Eligible patients received camrelizumab in combination with endostar for l treatment cycle of 3 weeks.Toxicity was assessed after 1-week treatment cycle and efficacy after 3-week treatment cycles. Results:The objective response rate was 28.57%,the disease control rate was 71.43%,and median progression-free survival and median overall survival were 4.3 and 14 months, respectively. The overall improvement rate of quality of life was 71.43%.Adverse events that occurred during treatment were mostly grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ adverse reactions, and no treatment-related deaths occurred. Conclusion:The combination therapy of camrelizumab and endostar shows significant efficacy and manageable safety profile, which provides a promising treatment regimen for advanced NSCLC.
