Abstract:Objective:To analyze the application of magnetic resonance imaging in the early diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods:68 newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were selected as the observation group, and another 68 full-term healthy newborns who delivered at the same time were selected as the control group. Both groups of newborns underwent magnetic resonance imaging examination, and the observation group of newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were further divided into mild to moderate group and severe group based on the examination results. The differences in cerebral blood flow parameters between the observation group and the control group newborns were compared, and the brain injury parameters and prognosis effects among children with different disease grades were analyzed. Results:The cerebral blood flow parameters Vd,Vs and RI of newborns in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=14.904,16.836,23.255;P<0.05).The brain injury parameters INi,Ia,and Bv of children in the mild to moderate group were lower than those in the severe group within 24 hours and 24~48 hours after after birth(t=13.877,19.497,40.172,17.567,17.498,49.031;P<0.05).The prognosis of children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in the mild to moderate group was significantly better than that in the severe group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=24.009,P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnetic resonance imaging technology has good application performance in the early diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, which can effectively detect children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, and help to clarify the disease classification of children. It has high application value in the prognosis evaluation of children.
