Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic lacrimal cyst-nasal anastomosis in the treatment of lacrimal obstruction under different anesthesia methods. Methods:A total of 80 patients with lacrimal obstruction who were diagnosed and required nasal endoscopic surgery were collected and divided into general anesthesia group and local anesthesia group, with 40 patients in each group.Surgical bleeding, anesthesia satisfaction, postoperative tear spillage, clinical effective rate, length of hospital stay and postoperative complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results:The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the general anesthesia group were better than those in the local anesthesia group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=3.37,3.02;P<0.05).The anesthesia satisfaction of general anesthesia group was better than that of local anesthesia group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=11.84,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complications between the general anesthesia group and the local anesthesia group(x2=3.00,P>0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic lacrimal sac-nasal anastomosis has comparable treatment effects by general anesthesia or local anesthesia, but the operation time, intraoperative blood loss and anesthesia satisfaction of general anesthesia are better than those of local anesthesia.
