Application Effect of Combined Therapy with Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection and Low-dose Low-molecular-weight Heparin Calcium in the Treatment of Postoperative Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of combined treatment with Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection and low-dose low-molecular-weight heparin calcium on postoperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in lower limbs in elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods:80 postoperative DVT patients with ICH admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 patients in each group with random number table method.The control group received low-dose low molecular weight heparin calcium treatment,while the study group received additional treatment with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection based on the control group.The efficacy,coagulation function[thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),D-dimer(D-D)],vascular endothelial function[calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ),endothelin-1(ET-1)],lower limb motor ability[evaluated through the Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Lower Extremity Motor Function(FMA)],and quality of life[stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(x2=4.507,P＜0.05).APTT,TT and CGRP were higher than that of the control group,and FIB,D-D,Ang Ⅱand ET-1 were lower than that of the control group after treatment(t=5.460,7.970,5.042,20.751;P＜0.05),and FMA Lower Extremity and SS-QOL scores of the study group were higher than that of the control group after treatment(t=4.078,3.326;P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection and low-dose low-molecular-weight heparin calcium has significant efficacy in treating DVT after ICH surgery.It can promote the improvement of coagulation function and vascular endothelial function,and enhance lower limb mobility and quality of life.
