Abstract:Objective:To observe the application effect of sequential enteral and parenteral nutrition support on acute pancreatitis.Methods:116 AP patients were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a conventional group and an experimental group with random number table method, with 58 cases in each group. The routine group received parenteral nutrition support(PN),while the experimental group received sequential parenteral and parenteral nutrition support(EN+PN).The nutritional indicators, inflammatory factors, immune function, symptom relief, and complications of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results:After treatment, the levels of TP,ALB and TRF in experimental group were higher than those in conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.383,3.722,5.309;P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of AMY,DAO and LSP in experimental group were lower than those in conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.594,3.012,3.421;P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD3+and CD4+in experimental group were higher than those in conventional group, and the levels of CD8+were lower than those in conventional group, with statistically significant difference(t=2.498,2.542,2.829;P<0.05).After treatment, the remission time of upper abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever and other symptoms and hospital stay of experimental group were lower than those of conventional group, with statistically significant difference(t=3.881,2.583,3.615,2.939;P<0.05).The total complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.674,P<0.05).Conclusion:The sequential nutritional support of EN+PN can improve the nutritional status of patients with acute pancreatitis, reduce inflammatory reactions, enhance immune function. It has positive significance in accelerating the patient's rehabilitation process and reducing the risk of complications.
