Study on Clinical Application of Danning Tablets After Ercp+EST Lithotomy Combined with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effects of Danning tablets on the clinical symptoms and the recurrence rate of choledocholithiasis in patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography+papillary sphincterotomy(ERCP+EST)combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 180 patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from June 2020 to August 2022 were collected and randomly divided evenly into 3 groups.The experimental group and ursodeoxycholic acid group were given Danning tablets or ursodeoxycholic acid capsules for 6 months after operation,while the blank control group was only observed after operation.The difference of serum bile component index,postoperative choledocholithiasis recurrence rate and disease-related symptoms were compared among the three groups.Results:After 1 year of follow-up,1 case fell off and 1 case could not adhere to continuous medication in Danning tablet group.In ursodeoxycholic acid group,2 cases were disassociated and 1 case could not continue to take medicine.The control group was followed up with 1 case.The incidence of epigastric discomfort,loss of appetite,biliary colic and jaundice in Danning tablet group and ursodeoxy cholic acid group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(χ2=8.222,6.735,6.397;P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction among the three groups(χ2=3.798,P＞0.05).6 months after surgery,the ALP and GGT levels in Danning tablet group and ursodeoxycholic acid group were lower than those in control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).12 months after surgery,the recurrence rate of choledocholithiasis in Danning tablet group and ursodeoxycholic acid group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.658,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Danning tablet can prevent the occurrence of disease related symptoms and recurrence of choledocholithiasis after treatment by ERCP+EST together with cholecystectomy.And it has high safety.
