Abstract:Objective:To analyze the clinical differentiation, diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis, reduce misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis, and provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:Papers were searched with"Brucellosis""Brucella"as the key words in MEDLINE and CNKI database from 1990 to 2022.The epidemiological characteristics, clinical manifestations and causes of misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis of bruceopathy were analyzed. Results:Brucellosis had obvious occupational characteristics. Most people had the history of traveling in the epidemic area, contact with cattle and sheep and eating experience of products before the onset. The contact history accounted for 84.04%.Working time, slaughter, contact with infected animals, midwifery, breeding, product processing, circulation and protection were all risk factors for infection. The main clinical symptoms were fever(84.3%),fatigue(64.1%),hyperhidrosis(64.4%),joint pain(67.3%),and some of them had lumbago(muscle)pain(51.6%).The non-specific laboratory indexes, such as hemoglobin(35.5%),white blood cells(16.3%)and platelets(17.6%),showed a downward trend. While erythrocyte sedimentation rate(57.1%),mononuclear lymphocytes(28.6%),aminotransferase(39.8%)and CRP(71.3%)were mainly increased, and affected the levels of albumin and procalcitonin. Conclusion:The epidemiological characteristics, clinical symptoms, risk factores and test methods are summarized to reduce the missed and misdiagnosis,so as to effectively improve the diagnosis and treatment level of brucellosis.
