Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of Butylphthalein injection combined with intelligent robotic hand for early treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:80 cases of hemiplegic hand patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group with the proportion of 1:1 according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group.Control group were treated with routine treatment, and study group were treated with sodium butylphthalide and chloride injection. The degree of neurological deficit(NIHSS score),cerebral blood flow[peak velocity(Vp)and average velocity(Vm)of anterior cerebral artery(ACA),middle cerebral artery(MCA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)]were compared between the two groups before treatment,10 days after treatment and 20 days after treatment. At the same time, the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results:NIHSS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group 10 and 20 days after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(F=14.100,459.457;P<0.05).10 and 20 days after treatment,Vp and Vm levels of ACA,MCA and PCA in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(F=7.027,23.828,6.229,34.583,58.386,28.767,6.400,22.113,12.625,79.097,49.295,24.043;P<0.05).10 and 20 days after treatment, the ADL score, maximum grip strength and finger pressure in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(F=729.438,813.930,1 065.694,169.574,190.175,277.444;P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.501,P<0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalein injection combined with intelligent robotic hand has significant effect on the treatment of hemiplegic hand patients with early acute cerebral infarction, which can effectively improve their nerve defects, improve their daily behavior ability, and has good safety.
