Impact and Application Value of Dual Mirror Combined Surgery on the Treatment of Gallbladder Stones at Different Times

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined surgery with dual endoscopy under the machine for the treatment of gallbladder stones at different times.Methods:126 patients with gallbladder stones were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 63 cases in each group.In the same period group,endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)+laparoscopic(LC)simultaneous surgical treatment were performed.The staging group implemented ERCP+LC staging surgery treatment.The treatment status,postoperative recovery status,postoperative laboratory index changes,medical cost and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total operation time of the concurrent group was lower than that of the stage group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.485,P＜0.05).The recovery time of anal exhaust,the first time of getting out of bed,the time of postoperative pain relief and the total length of hospital stay in the same period group were lower than those in the stage group,with statistically significant difference(t=3.345,3.699,6.673,3.882;P＜0.05).After operation,C-reactive protein(CRP),serum amylase(AMS)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the same period group were lower than those in the stage group,with statistically significant difference(t=4.651,3.281,3.531;P＜0.05).The total medical expenditure of the corresponding group was lower than that of the staging group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.090,P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the same period group was slightly lower than that in the stage group,with no statistically significant difference(χ2=0.583,P＞0.05).Conclusion:The success rate and safety of ERCP+LC simultaneous or staged surgery for the treatment of gallbladder stones are both high,but simultaneous surgery can accelerate the postoperative recovery process of patients,avoid postoperative infection or liver function damage,and reduce total medical expenses.ERCP+LC simultaneous surgery is expected to become the mainstream surgical method for the treatment of gallbladder stones.
