Influence of Acupuncture Therapy and Smooth Reaction on Lumbar Mobility Function and Blood Rheology in Patients with Lumbar Muscle Strain

Abstract：Objective:To discuss the effect of acupuncture therapy combined with pingmethod on lumbar mobility and blood rheology in patients with lumbar muscle strain.Methods:90 patients with lumbar muscle strain from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture therapy,and the observation group received acupuncture therapy combined with Pingle Push to compare the treatment effect of the two groups.The improvement of lumbar mobility function,pain improvement,TCM syndrome score,blood rheology,and lumbar endurance time were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group(95.56%)was higher than that of control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.050,P＜0.05).After treatment,subjective symptoms,clinical signs,daily activity ability and total JOA score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=9.004,14.999,7.755,4.875;P＜0.05).After treatment,NRS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=47.902,P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.507,P＜0.05).After treatment,plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,fibrinogen and platelet adhesion in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistically significant(t=15.868,6.736,8.122,16.262,9.955;P＜0.05).After treatment,the lumbar endurance time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.942,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy combined with Pingle Push has significant therapeutic effect of lumbar muscle strain,which can improve lumbar activity function and blood change,reduce pain degree and increase lumbar endurance.
