Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression of TGF-β1,p-PKB and Survivin in ovarian serous cancer and their clinical pathologic significance. Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of TGF-β1,p-PKB and Survivin protein in 40 ovarian serous cystadenoma and 50 ovarian serous cancer samples in the hospital from 2010 to 2018.The expression levels of TGF-β1,phosphorylated-PKB and Survivin were observed by immunohistochemistry. And the relationship between expression levels and clinicopathological parameters of ovarian serous carcinoma was analyzed. Results:The positive expression rates of TGF-β1,phosphorylated-PKB and Survivin in ovarian serous carcinoma group were significantly higher than those in ovarian serous cystadenoma group. The expression level of TGF-β1 was related to tumor stage and tumor implantation/metastasis.p-PKB and Survivin expression levels were related to tumor stage, tumor implantation/metastasis,and pathological grade.Conclusion:TGF-β1 expresses much high in ovarian serous cancer.Maybe it is closely related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of ovarian serous cancer. The activation of PKB related signal transduction pathway and the Survivin related apoptosis resistance maybe play an important role in this process.
