Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of small private online course(SPOC)oriented flipped classroom in Modified Electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)therapy teaching.Methods:124 interns majoring in anesthesia in the Anesthesia Surgery Center of Deyang City People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects, and divided into group A and Group B according to random envelope method, with 62 students in each group.Group A was given the conventional teaching mode, group B was given the SPOC-oriented flipped classroom teaching mode on the basis of group A.The independent learning ability, examination scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:After intervention, the scores and total scores of all dimensions of independent learning ability in both groups were higher than before treatment, and the scores and total scores of all dimensions of independent learning ability in group B were higher than those in group A(t=5.051,4.682,5.934,5.315,4.999;P<0.05).After intervention, the theoretical and operational assessment scores of group B were higher than those of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.058,12.159;P<0.05).After intervention, the teaching satisfaction of group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.888,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the SPOC-oriented flipped classroom teaching model in MECT therapy teaching can effectively improve their autonomous learning ability, examination scores and teaching satisfaction.
