Application Value of Oral Instant Gastrointestinal Gastric Ultrasound Contrast Agent Transabdominal Ultrasound Examination in the Diagnosis of Gastric Diseases

Abstract：Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of oral instant gastrointestinal ultrasound contrast agent transabdominal gastric ultrasound examination in gastric diseases.Methods:326 cases diagnosed through abdominal gastric ultrasound examination using oral instant gastrointestinal ultrasound contrast agent were selected from the People's Hospital of Tacheng District,Xinjiang Autonomous Region from June 2022 to May 2023.Positive cases were confirmed through gastroscopy or postoperative pathology.The accuracy of abdominal gastric ultrasound examination using oral instant gastrointestinal ultrasound contrast agent was retrospectively analyzed by this study.Results:There were 34 cases of gastritis,and the ultrasound diagnosis accuracy was 100%;14 cases of gastric cancer were diagnosed by ultrasound.13 cases were confirmed as adenocarcinoma by gastroscopy biopsy or postoperative pathology,and 1 case was inflammatory myofibroblastoma.The accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 92.9% .1 case was lipoma,with 100% accuracy rate in ultrasound diagnosis.There were 3 cases of esophageal hiatal hernia,and the ultrasound diagnosis accuracy rate was 100% .Conclusion:Oral instant gastrointestinal ultrasound contrast agent transabdominal gastric ultrasound examination can clearly display the pathological characteristics of various layers of the gastric wall structure,whether adjacent organs of the stomach are metastatic,and the ultrasound diagnosis accuracy is high.It can be applied to the general survey of gastric diseases in a large population.
