Abstract:Objective:To study the application of hydrocolloid dressing after laparoscopic resection of stone patients and its effect on wound healing.Methods:129 patients with calculi disease who were admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to September 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the observation group(62 patients)and the control group(67 patients). In the observation group, water colloid dressing was used for dressing dressing dressing in the early postoperative period, while in the control group, traditional dressing dressing was used for dressing of the incision. The effects and dressing changes of patients in the two groups were compared, and the wound evaluation and pain perception were investigated in the two groups. Results:After treatment, the symptoms of redness, swelling, purulent secretion and granulation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The healing time and feeling comfort were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=29.804,5.291,49.848;t=11.086;χ2=103.802;P<0.05).The first and second degree scab scars in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the number of flanging during dressing change was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(χ2=102.749,19.357;P<0.05).The average frequency of bathing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the average frequency of dressing change was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=17.860,10.368;P<0.05).The wound evaluation and pain score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group after treatment, with statistically significant difference(χ2=4.813,13.750,13.929,8.574,11.301,4.897,6.850;P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional dressing, hydrocolloid dressing can significantly improve wound healing in patients with calculus after laparoscopic resection, and it is a safe and effective treatment method.
