Abstract:Objective:To explore the detection value of peripheral blood humoral immune indicators and T lymphocyte subsets in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:62 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection who visited the hospital from February 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study group, and 62 healthy individuals under health examination at the same time were selected as the control group.Collecting 3 mL of fasting venous blood from all subjects for peripheral blood T lymphocyte subpopulations, humoral immunity, and inflammatory response indicators;and comparing the differences in the levels of each indicator between the two groups.Results:CD4+T,CCD3+T,CD4+T/CD8+T cell ratios in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while the CD8+T ratios were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(t=2.990,2.994,7.559,3.273;P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(t=1.007,P>0.05)in the detection values of immunoglobulin G(Ig G)between groups.Compared with the control group, the study group had a higher detection value of immunoglobulin M(IgM)and a lower detection value of immunoglobulin A(IgA),with statistically significant difference(t=7.793,4.496;P<0.05).Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),the detection values of interleukin-8(IL-8)were higher than those of the control group, while the detection values of interleukin-13(IL-13)and interleukin-10(IL-10)were lower than those of the control group. There was statistically significant difference(t=26.113,40.350,20.416,27.557;P<0.05).Conclusion:Children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection have disrupted immune function and inflammatory factor levels, and immune function and inflammatory response may be related to the occurrence of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Clinical attention should be paid to this.
