Expression of Trophoblast Cell Surface Antigen 2 in Hepatocellular Adenoma and Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Abstract：Objective:To explore the expression of Trop2 in hepatocellular adenoma and hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:The specimens of surgery,including 59 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and 4 cases of hepatocellular adenoma,were collected from the Department of Pathology in Nanfang Medical College Xiaolan Hospital from 2018 to 2021.These specimens were used to detect the expression of Trop2 in tissues hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatocellular adenoma by immunohistochemistry.Microvascular density and ductular reaction were counted.Results:Compared with hepatocellular adenoma,mesenchymal ductular reaction was reduced or absent and CD34-labeled microvascular density was decreased.Pearson correlation analysis showed that Trop2-labeled small ductular reaction was positively correlated with CD34-labeled microvessel density(r=0.488,P＜0.001).Conclusion:The expression of Trop2 plays a role in promoting the occurrence,development and metastasis of tumors.
