Efficacy of Chinese Patent Medicine Assisted Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease and its Safety of Network Meta-analysis

Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese patent drugs in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with network meta-analysis.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM were searched to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on treatment of with gastroesophageal reflux disease treatments from the inception of the databases to September 1,2022.Stata 17.0 software was used for analysis.Results:There were a total of 51 RCTs,including 5 458 patients,and 12 widely used Chinese patent drugs.Weili Capsule,Dalitong Granules and Weilikang Granules showed the highest efficacy,according to the network meta-analysis data.Liuwei Anxiao capsule,Zhizhuanzhong capsule,and Qizhuweitong granule received the highest levels of safety.Conclusion:The adjuvant treatment for GERD using Chinese patent medicine has strong efficacy and high safety.
