Abstract:Objective:To apply semi-quantitative parameters of dynamic magnetic resonance enhancement(DCE-MRI)to assess the efficacy of radiofrequency treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods:Clinical data of 52 patients with uterine fibroids treated with radiofrequency in the sample hospital from January 2015 to April 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.Magnetic resonance dy-namic enhancement was performed preoperatively and postoperatively.Time to peak(TTP),maximum concentration(MAX Conc),area under the time-concentration curve(AUC)and maximum slope(MAX Slope)were measured. The efficacy of the lesions was al-so assessed using the four sets of parameters. Results:The differences in TTp,MAX Conc,AUC,and MAX Slope were statistically significant(z=-4.025,-5.929,-6.011,-5.646,P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement semiquantitative parameters TTp,MAX Conc,AUC,and MAX Slope have significance in the assessment of postoperative efficacy and can be used as an efficacy assessment tool.
