Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of applying a multidisciplinary collaborative care model based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the recovery of postoperative lymphedema in breast cancer. Methods:The data of 134 patients with lymphedema after breast cancer surgery admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to February 2022 were retrospec-tively analyzed, and the patients were divided into group A(observation group)and group B(control group)using the random num-ber table method, with 72 cases in each group.Group B used conventional nursing intervention, and group A was given the inter-vention of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model under the concept of ERAS.The recovery of patients in both care modes were observed and compared, including lymphedema situation, nursing satisfaction, and comparison of psychological status of pa-tients in both groups. Results:After the intervention, the circumference difference and DASH score in group A were smaller than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.536,16.038,P<0.05).After the intervention, group A had lower scores than group B,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.630,19.566,P<0.05).After care, group A had higher nursing satisfaction than group B,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.822,P<0.05).Conclusion:The mul-tidisciplinary collaborative intervention model under the concept of ERAS can improve patients'psychological status, alleviate the degree of lymphedema and accelerate their recovery, and has high application value.
