Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of co-management based on Snyder's theoretical model of hope on mood and hope levels in patients with chronic liver disease.Methods:101 cases of chronic liver disease patients admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects, which were divided into 49 cases in the reference group and 52 cases in the study group according to the different management programs. The reference group implemented routine section management and the study group implemented collaborative management based on Snyder's theoretical model of hope.Treatment adherence, mood state(Hamilton Depression Scale[HAMD]score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale[HAMA]score),hope level(Herth Hope Inventory[HHI]score),family caring(Apgar Family Functioning Questionnaire score),self-management ability(Ques-tionnaire for the Assessment of Self-Management Behavior[HPSMBRS]score),quality of life(QOL),and prognosis of follow up were compared between the two groups. Results:The total adherence to treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.479,P<0.05).After management,HAMA scores and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.584,10.385,P<0.05).After management,HHI scores and Apgar scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.793,8.662,P<0.05).After management, the HPSMBRS score and QOL score of the study group were higher than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=16.521,11.962,P<0.05).The rehabilitation effective rate of the follow-up prognosis of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.748,P<0.05).Conclusion:The synergistic management pro-gram based on Snyder's theoretical model of hope applied to patients with chronic liver disease can significantly improve their treatment adherence and their own level of hope, alleviate their adverse emotions, improve their family care,self-management abili-ty and quality of life, and contribute to the improvement of their prognostic recovery outcomes.
