Empirical Study on the Construction of Comprehensive Demonstration Base of Science and Technology for Major Chronic Disease Prevention and Control in Northeast China

Abstract：Objective:To study the construction of comprehensive demonstration base of science and technology ofr major chronce disease prevention and control in northeast China,to provide a scientific basis for the management model of chronic disease prevention and control in the three northeastern provinces.Methods:A self-administered questionnaire on the evaluation index system of the comprehensive demonstration base of major chronic disease prevention and control science and technology in the northeast region was used,and a qualitative study with one-on-one in-depth interviews was conducted.Results:The total score of indicator system in Liaoning and Heilongjiang provinces was higher than that in Jilin province,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(F=10.770,P＜0.05).There were problems in chronic disease prevention and control funding,information sharing system,multi-sectoral cooperation,talent team building,and social participation.Conclusion:We should strengthen funding for chronic diseases,improve information sharing system,promote multi-sectoral cooperation,enhance human resource development and increase social participation.
