Abstract:Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of conventional sequences of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with three-dimensional fast spin echo(3D-SPACE)sequences for knee cruciate ligament injuries.Methods:84 patients with suspected knee cruciate ligament injuries admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and all of them underwent MRI routine sequences and 3D-SPACE sequences, and arthroscopy was performed. The results of arthroscopic examination were used as the"gold standard",and the value of MRI conventional sequences combined with 3D-SPACE sequences for the diagnosis of cruciate ligament injuries of the knee joint was analyzed.Results:84 patients with suspected knee cruciate ligament injuries were diagnosed by arthroscopy in 62 cases(73.81%).Using arthroscopy as the"gold standard",MRI conventional sequences and 3D-SPACE sequences alone showed ideal agreement with arthroscopic examination of knee cruciate ligament injuries(Kappa=0.418,0.605),and the combination of the two showed excellent agreement with arthroscopic examination of knee cruciate ligament injuries(Kappa=0.938).The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the combined MRI conventional sequence and 3D-SPACE sequence were higher than those of the two alone, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.196,6.729,16.391,P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI conventional sequences combined with 3D-SPACE sequences have high sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy in diagnosing knee cruciate ligament injuries.
