Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy in the treatment of obesity, and the effect on complications and serum leukocidin levels.Methods:136 obese patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected for the study and were equally divided into a control group(n=68)and an observation group(n=68)using the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy. The weight loss, changes of related serum indexes, complications and adverse reactions, and treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the weight and BMI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the EWL was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=4.642,3.565,5.221,P<0.05).The values of serum leukocidin,TG and TC assay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=18.994,3.022,3.752,P<0.05).The adverse reaction incidence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.479,P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.284,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy to the clinical treatment of obese patients can optimize weight loss and improve the symptoms of obesity and reduced mobility of patients, which is important to en-hance the slimming effect of patients and promote the consumption and excretion of stored fat in the patients'organism.
