Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application effect of the cassette microcolumn gel test in blood transfusion testing.Methods:100 patients who needed blood transfusion test in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The control group performed the traditional saline agglutination method, and the observation group performed the card-type microcolumn gel test. The test results were compared. Results:The test compliance rate of the observation group(ortho-tropic type 98.00%,reversed type 96.00%)was higher than the 91.00%and 87.00%of the control group, and the difference was statis-tically significant(χ2=4.713,5.207,P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 11.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.663,P<0.05).The detection rate of the observation group was 97.00%,which was higher than the 90.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.673,P<0.05).Clinicians'satisfaction with test results in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.00%in the control group. Conclusion:Cassette microcolumn gel test has a great value of use in clinical blood transfusion test, which can greatly improve the safety of blood transfusion and the success rate of a single examination and transfusion, and has less impact on the transfusion disease,so it can be popularized and applied in clinical blood transfusion test, but the test should be assessed in advance and ranked in the subjects'own medical condition,in order to prevent the test results from having an adverse effect.
