Abstract:Objective:Color Doppler ultrasound technology was applied to the diagnosis of breast cancer to analyze its efficacy in diagnosing microcalcification conditions. Methods:The clinical data of 122 breast cancer patients who underwent physical examination in the health management center of the sample hospitals from March 2020 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and divided in to malignant guoup of 65 cases and benign group of 57 cases according to the image results. The imaging performance, the different nature of calcifications, and the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of microcalcifications diagnosis under color Doppler ultrasound high-frequency diagnosis were analyzed. Results:The number of patients with burr phenomenon, irregular mass shape, microcalcifications, blurred borders, and blood flow grade 2 and 3 in the malignant group had more tumor margins than in the benign group, with statistically significant differences(χ2=5.667,5.634,9.332,4.541,7.882,P<0.05).Microcalcifications and arcuate calcifications were higher in the malignant group than in the benign group, with statistically significant differences(χ2=11.224,14.235,6.342,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in coarse calcification in the malignant group compared with the benign group(χ2=1.341,P>0.05).The specificity of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing microcalcifications in breast cancer was 89.47%,sensitivity was 93.94%,and accuracy was 92.94%.Conclusion:The application of color Doppler ultrasound technology in the diagnosis of breast cancer microcalcifications can be of good value and is at a high level of specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy.
