Abstract:Objective:To study and analyze the effects of tigretol and clopidogrel on the incidence of cardiovascular and cere-brovascular adverse events in patients with unstable angina pectoris, with the aim of further investigating and analyzing the effects of the application of these two therapeutic agents. Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with unstable angina admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into a study group and a control group according to the drugs received, with 50 cases in each group.Tigretol was used in the study group and clopidogrel was used in the control group. The relevant factors, serum factors, improvement of cardiac function and coagulation indexes,as well as the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events in the two groups were compared after treatment. Results:After treatment, the levels of procyclin A,nuclear factor kB and endothelial cell particles were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=5.512,2.867,3.019,P<0.05).Tumor necrosis factor-α and homocysteine levels were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=14.470,12.891,P<0.05).The ejection fraction was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group, and the left ventricular end-dia-stolic internal diameter and short-axis shortening were significantly lower than in the control group, with statistically significant dif-ferences(t=8.664,7.772,7.202,P<0.05).The activated partial thromboplastin time was significantly higher and the fibrinogen was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=5.595,17.054,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was significantly lower in the study group(4%)than in the control group(16%),with a statistically significant difference(χ2=4.160,P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of unstable angina, both tigretol and clopidogrel can exert therapeutic effects, but tigretol has a more significant therapeutic treatment effect, which can improve pa-tients'cardiac function faster and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.
