Clinical Observation on Gynecological Qianjin Capsule Combined with Letrozole in the Treatment of Polycystic Ova-ry Syndrome with Infertility

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of gynecological Qianjin capsule combined with letrozole in the treat-ment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with infertility.Methods:88 cases of PCOS infertility patients admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were selected for the study,and were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with letrozole,and the patients in the observation group were treated with gynecological Qianjin capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical related indexes,sex hormone level,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91%(40/44),which was higher than 63.64%(28/44)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.318,P＜0.05).The endothelial thickness of patients in the observation group was(9.84±1.17)mm,the number of dominant follicles was item(2.76±0.59),and the number of ovulation was(2.52±0.92),which were greater than(7.83±0.88)mm,(1.24±0.43),and(1.24±0.56)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.107,13.810,7.883,P＜0.05).The serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)of(5.43±0.83)U/L,luteinizing hormone(LH)of(6.94±0.76)U/L,testosterone(T)of(1.58±0.33)nmol/L in patients of the observation group was lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the estradiol(E2)of(96.74±10.18)ng/L was higher than(90.28±9.91)ng/L of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.477,10.644,3.016,6.706,P＜0.05).The ovulation rate of the observation group was 95.45%(42/44)and the pregnancy rate was 86.36%(38/44),which were higher than the 63.64%(28/44)and 52.27%(23/44)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=34.189,12.022,P＜0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.36%(5/44),which was lower than 27.27%(12/44)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.470,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Gynecological Qianjin Capsules combined with Letrozole in the treatment of PCOS with infertility can effectively improve the patients'hormone level,increase the thickness of the endothelium,the number of dominant follicles and the number of ovulation,which is conducive to improving the success rate of pregnancy.
