Study on the Application of Immunoassay Quality Control in Clinical Sample Detection
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of strict immunological quality control on clinical test samples.Methods 55 patients with routine immunological quality control from November, 2016 to April, 2017 were treated in the hospital were regarded ascontrol group, and 55 cases treated in the hospital from May, 2017 to October, 2017 were immunized. The patients of epidemic ex-amination were regarded as observation group. According to the clinical test results, patients of two groups were treated with targetedtherapy, and the efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of test and the satisfaction ofthe patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of strict immunity test quality control in clinical test samples is significant, and it can improve the pa-tients' satisfaction with the test while improving the accuracy of the sample test.
