Value of Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Urinary Calculi

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of urinary calculi.Methods 89 patients with urinary calculi in Chengzhuang Mining Hospital of Jinmei Group were selected from June, 2014 to July, 2017. The results of ul-trasound examination were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the final diagnosis results. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound examination was summarized.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasonography for urinary calculi was 98.88％, whichwas not significantly different from the final diagnosis (100％) (P＞0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound examination of urinary calculi has high accuracy, can provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis, and has high application value.
