Application Value of BI-RADS Classification in Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of BI-RADS classification in ultrasonic diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 58 patients with breast diseases admitted to the hospital from January, 2016 to December, 2017 were selected as the studysubjects. All patients were routinely examined by ultrasound before surgery. BI-RADS were classified and analyzed to compare withpostoperative pathological results.Results Postoperative pathological results confirmed that there were 24 benign and 34 malignantnodules respectively, and the sensitivity specificity of BI-RADS classification in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 91.3％ and 80.5％respectively.Conclusion In the ultrasonic diagnosis of breast cancer, the application of BI-RADS classification has high sensitivity and high application value. So it is worthy of widespread clinical application.
