Effects of Salbutamol Combined with Budesonide on Cardiac Function and Blood Gas Analysis in Patients with Severe Pneumonia Complicated with Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of salbutamol combined with budesonide on cardiac function and blood gas in patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory distress syndrome.Methods 60 cases of severe pneumonia complicated withrespiratory distress syndrome treated in the hospital from January, 2017 to January, 2018 were regarded was research objectives.According to their admission order, they were divided into two groups:control group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30). The con-trol group were treated with salbutamol alone, and the treatment group were treated salbutamol combined with budesonide. The bloodgas index was observed, including arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaC) before and after treatment in two groupscardiacfunction and clinical efficiency.Results There was no significant difference in blood gas index and cardiac function index between thetwo groups before treatment (P＞ 0.05). After treatment, the level of PaCO2 in the treatment group was lower than that in the controlgroup (P＜ 0.05), and the level of PaO2 and SpO2 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P＜ 0.05). The lev-el of LVEF, LVEDD and LVESD was lower than that of control group (P＜ 0.05). The mortality and incidence of lung injury in thetreatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the probability of successful withdrawal was higher than that in thecontrol group (P＜ 0.05), and the mechanical ventilation time was shorter than that in the control group (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Sal-butamol combined with budesonide can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of severe pneumonia complicated with respiratorydistress syndrome and restore the cardiopulmonary function of the patients, so it is worth popularizing and using in clinic.
