Effect of Restricted Infusion on Curative Effect, Economic Burden and Postoperative Quality of Life of Postpartum Hemorrhage Patients

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of restricted infusion on disease financial burden and postoperative quality of life of postpartum hemorrhage patients.Methods Choosing 91 postpartum hemorrhage patients in the hospital as research object from Janu-ary, 2014 to March, 2014. Through method of random grouping, 91 postpartum hemorrhage patients were divided into two groups.45 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in conventional group were treated with conventional infusion, and 46 patients with postpar-tum hemorrhage in the treatment group were treated with restrictive transfusion. The curative effect, the influence of the economic bur-den and postoperative quality of life of two groups were compared.Results There were significant differences in blood loss, total hos-pital expenses, length of stay and quality of life scores between the two groups, which were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Restricted infusion for postpartum hemorrhage is effective. It can reduce the disease financial burden, improve postoperative quality of life, and improve prognosis.
