Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma. Methods 78 patients with hysteromyoma were divided into the control group and the observation group, and the laparotomy and lapa-roscopy were used to treat the patients respectively. The results were compared and analyzed in the two groups. Results Operation timelength of observation group was longer than that of control group, but the amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative exhausttime of observation group were shorter than those of control group. There was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The inci-dence of complications and the rate of analgesia in the observation group was lower than those in the control group, and there was sta-tistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic operation of hysteromyoma patients could effectively reduce thepain and discomfort, and ensure the patient's postoperative recovery results.
